How can I change my shipping address?
For security reasons, the shipping address cannot be changed once you order has shipped from the seller.
The only alternative is to collect your order from the courier’s office. You will need to produce the Emirates ID of the recipient to collect it.
Can I place an order without signing up?
We only allow registered customers to place orders.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the seller has shipped them. To cancel an order, you will need to follow the returns/replacement process once you have received the item. Note that simply not accepting the product from the courier will result in a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee of SAR 20.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be made to us within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be unused and in their original retail packaging. Note that we do not accept returns for edible goods, perishable products and undergarments.
When do I receive a refund or a replacement for damaged goods?
Once you contact us on the support portal, we will issue you a collection for the damaged good(s). A refund/replacement will be issued once we have inspected the item at our facility. Alternatively, a refund/replacement is immediately processed if a picture clearly stating the damage is provided to us. The refund will be in your account in 3-5 days from the date of issue
Why is my order cancelled?
As we not able to control the products listed on our site, Binge.sa at its own discretion, can cancel orders for various reasons including, illegal items, out of stock items, electrical items with 120V, dangerous goods.
What are illegal items?
Products that are considered ethically, morally, or socially unacceptable in the Saudi Arabia are considered illegal items.
Why is an item out of stock if I was able to place an order for it?
As orders can take up to 8 hours to be approved and processed by our system, the item may go out of stock in the supplier’s inventory by that time.
What if I want to purchase a 120V item?
As per Saudi Arabia law, it is illegal to sell 120V items as stated by the Municipality and Civil Defense authority.
What are dangerous goods?
As all our goods are flown in from US-based sellers, there are certain restrictions on goods allowed. Dangerous goods are considered unsafe for air transport and are thus canceled.
What if I did not receive my order?
Please follow the tracking page in the orders section of your account dashboard. Alternatively, you may contact support for further details.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, you must log into your account and contact us via the support portals available.
What forms of payments are accepted at Binge.sa?
We accept any AmEx, Visa and Mastercard branded credit, debit or prepaid card.
Do you ship to countries other than the Saudi Arabia?
No. As of now, we cater only to customers based in the Saudi Arabia, though our brand will shortly take over the GCC!
How much is the shipping fee for each order?
All orders above SAR 200 come with free shipping. Orders below 200 have a flat shipping fee of SAR 20.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed in 3-5 working days from the day its issued.
Why is my order delayed?
We do our very best to make sure all orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, orders may end up getting delayed. Can I cancel the order once it has shipped?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped out by the seller. Please follow the returns/replacement procedure in the orders section of your account dashboard once you receive them.
What happens if I refuse to accept the delivery?
Orders that are refused delivery are sent back to our facility. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to your order if binge support is not contacted or the returns/replacement procedure followed.
If there is no one at my location during delivery, will the carrier leave the item or try to redeliver the next day?
The courier will contact you prior to schedule your delivery and will make 3 attempts to deliver before sending your order back to us.
What is your policy on product warranty?
Binge.sa covers your product based on the manufactures warranty policy, and will cover all shipping and handling costs where needed.
Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse. You may coordinate the collection of your order with the courier once they receive it.
Do you provide any expedited delivery?
Binge.sa does not have a rush delivery service, as we deliver all products in the fastest times possible. We refuse to charge our customers ridiculous amounts to have your order delivered a day or 2 earlier.
Are there are other ways on how to pay for my orders aside from cards?
No. we only accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx for all payments on the website
